Baltimore, MD (September 18, 2014)

The Maryland State Department of Education will host a Twitter Chat next week, with MSDE school and community nutrition experts discussing healthy school snack and beverage options and responding to questions regarding Maryland’s Nutrition Standards for All Foods Sold in School.

The early afternoon chat on September 22 will explore concerns and questions parents and guardians may have about recent nutrition regulations, as well as discuss how local systems are serving healthier snacks and beverages to students.
