            Sean McComb, 2014 Maryland Teacher of the Year,
                  Finalist for National Teacher of the Year
            Local Teachers of the Year from Maryland’s 23 other school systems

WHAT:   A full-day of celebratory events honoring Maryland’s Teachers of the Year with
                Maryland Schools Superintendent, and the Maryland General Assembly will include:
                -    Education Briefing presented by Dr. Lowery
                -    Luncheon sponsored by MADA
                -    Individual meetings with elected officials recognizing Maryland’s ambassadors of                       education

                -    10:00 a.m. ~ House and Senate Recognition of Teachers of the Year at the State House
