Dr. Lowery will appear on WBAL Radio’s morning program.

Roundtable on School Discipline and Climate with Education Secretary Arne Duncan and Attorney General Eric Holder, Frederick Douglass High School, 2301 Gwynns Falls Parkway, Baltimore, MD 21217
State Superintendent Lowery will participate in the discussion.
